Deborah Phillips - Cairngorm Weedy Harvest.

Deborah Phillip's was born in 1965 in Scotland and is the daughter of successful Scottish artist Douglas Phillips. Her work was first shown at the Royal Scottish Academy and the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Art when she was just 14. She studied a degree in Art in 1987 and went on to work as a merchandise designer for the National Trust for Scotland. In 1993 she accepted a position with Historic Scotland and worked with them for three years as a merchandise controller. Her design work was featured in prominent women's magazines, Art Business Today, Artists and Illustrators, International Artist, and Picture Business.

Cairngorm Weedy Harvest is a beautiful contemporary landscape of the Scottish countryside. It's colour and spontaneity, with the added touch of glitter, bring the scene to life. The texture and colour are what make her artworks so distinctive and instantly recognisable. The artwork is a Limited Edition Print of just 100 which is 14" x 14" Giclee print on high quality Photo Rag paper and is hand embellished, signed and numbered by Deborah.

Her work is owned by both corporate and private collectors throughout the world. She has exhibited widely throughout the UK and Ireland. In addition to showings and exhibits, she has completed commissions for many clients throughout the world including the Bank of Scotland, Cairn Energy, Lady Fraser, Marks & Spencer, Princess Anna of Ysenburg and Büdingen and Standard Life.
