"I am an Italian photographer who lives in Rome, where I was born in 1968. My work is influenced by classical photographers, as Elliott Erwitt and Robert Doisneau and by the polish poet Wislawa Szymborska, with a personal touch of urban surrealism and irony.
During the last years I spent my time between Rome, Paris, Berlin and New York watching the world behind my reflex.
I have organized several collective exhibitions in Rome.
In 2007 and 2009 I have received 3 Honorable Mentions in the International Photography Awards for my pictures.
Several of my photos were used as advertisements (i.e. Canon Europe) and as book covers in Italy and Germany." Stefano Corso
